There is no greater honor than serving your country and providing your loved ones at home with freedom and safety. Every day service members risk their lives so that we may live in peace and prosperity. Shouldn’t we provide them with the same when they return? Homelessness is a tragedy many Veterans face upon their return back to the US. After risking their lives for our safety, they’re often met with hardship when they finally make it home.

This is something that needs to change, and that’s why this quarter, WIG has decided to join hands with Veterans Empowering Veterans to end this cycle and assist veterans in every way we can.
Veterans Empowering Veterans is a local non-profit that is dedicated to providing a community for veterans and homeless veterans, assisting them to successfully transition back into civilian society through job training and self-empowerment skills.

We rely on these service members to keep us safe while they are deployed, and now that they’re home, they need our help.
