Mike Warren

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I attended Terry Sanford High School (C/O 1975) and graduated with a Business Administration degree from East Carolina University. I started as a scratch agent with Nationwide Insurance in 1985, later opening my own office with one employee. Today, our agency has grown to 4 office locations and 20+ employees. I am passionate about helping people protect the things they have worked their entire lives for. I believe in supporting our local community and helping those in need.
When I am not in the office, you can find me hunting, golfing, spending time with my family, and their families at Topsail Beach. I can’t stop talking about my first grandchild, Michael. Also, I love spending time outdoors and enjoying the farm with my friends and family.
I am a member of the Fayetteville Exchange Club, Haymount United Methodist Church, and Fayetteville Community Concerts. I support and contribute to many non-profit and volunteer organizations in our local community.

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. I went to school at Terry Sanford and continued my education at East Carolina University where I graduated with a B.S in Finance and a concentration in Insurance & Risk Management. I have worked 4 years in this industry, starting as a receptionist and progressing through servicing accounts and sales to managing sales and development. What drives me to this field is the fulfillment of helping people take care of their families, businesses, and assets. Knowing that we are there for people in times of loss and help make them whole again. Outside of work, I enjoy my family and being outdoors whenever we get the opportunity, usually hunting or fishing, but I also enjoy playing golf on the weekends.

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education and later attained a Master of School Administration from Fayetteville State University. After spending ten years teaching and serving as an administrator in the Cumberland County School System, I obtained my insurance license and now serve as our agency’s Operations Manager. I love working with people and ensuring they have access to resources that allow them to succeed in the workplace and opportunities for professional development and training to meet their own personal and professional goals.
The three things I love most are spending time with family and friends, living an active lifestyle, and traveling. My guilty pleasure is watching The Bachelor/Bachelorette. While on maternity leave, I became hooked on the series, and my mom and I now have weekly watch parties during the season! I am also passionate about helping out in my community. I love supporting our local school system and its families. On the weekends, you can find me at home with my son, and during the summer weekends, you can find us all at Topsail Beach.

I attended high school at Terry Sanford, then furthered my education at Appalachian State University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management and later attended East Carolina University receiving my master’s degree in Recreational Therapy Administration.
I have served the Warren Insurance Group for the past two years in part-time assistance and now have the pleasure of working with this wonderful family business full time as the Personal Lines Sales Manager. I enjoy the continuous challenge the industry brings to provide competitive options for our customers as well as the opportunity to foster lifelong relationships within our community and our agency.
During my off time, I enjoy working on home renovation projects with my husband, any outdoor activity that includes our sweet dog Boone, and spending time with family-especially if it involves food. I love to ski and will jump at any chance to fly down some fresh powder! When I am away from the office, you can find me enjoying time with friends and family at some of our favorite local restaurants or at home cooking up something yummy with my husband and working on our home.
Growing up with multiple family members in the military has provided me a passion for supporting those dedicated to serving our country. I am also passionate about supporting local, family-owned businesses who help our community to grow into the wonderful Fayetteville I call home.

I was born and raised in Hayne, North Carolina, a rural area in Sampson County. I started my career in the insurance industry in July 2017 and have been learning and growing since! At the office, I enjoy meeting new people, facing the challenges of helping others and competing with other companies for the best rates.
On the weekends, I am probably visiting the mountains, riding motorcycles or spending time with my family–grandchildren are such a blessing in my life. My secret talent that others might not know about is my interest in skating and bowling. I am also an active member at my local church. Giving back to the community is very important to me.

I grew up in Duncan, North Carolina; a very small town in between Fuquay-Varina and Sanford. I started my insurance career in June 2018. Before I started my insurance career, I was very passionate about cooking and wanted to open my own restaurant one day. At work, I love meeting new people and helping people protect the things that they have worked hard for. I love the challenge of trying to beat my competitors’ prices.
I really enjoy being a mother, my son is the apple of my eye! I am always showing new pictures and videos of him. I would say a guilty pleasure is line dancing, I used to go out every weekend just to line dance. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family doing anything outdoorsy. We love spending time by the water or going on nature hikes.
I am very passionate about a non-profit organization called Tattooed for Autism. My niece was diagnosed with Autism back in
October of 2014. She is my heart and I love to support her in any way possible.

Out of 5 siblings, I am the only child who was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I graduated in 1981 from Pine Forest High School (Go Trojans!). I have been working in the insurance industry for a while now and love all the opportunities it has brought me. Providing my customers with the best excellent customer experience possible is my utmost priority and joy. I have 20+ years in Property & Casualty and I have served as a Public Notary since 2016.
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my grandchildren, Landen and Hayven, along with monthly trips to Raleigh, North Carolina. Also, I am an avid history buff and I love visiting historic sites. In 2011, I took my first trip to Israel and I still can’t stop talking about it. I am currently learning the Hebrew language. On my weekends, I like to volunteer at my church and help out those in need.

A guilty pleasure of mine would be floating in my swimming pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying peace and quiet. Also, I am a fan of drag racing–there’s no such thing as too much drag racing! On a normal weekend, you can find me at home working on projects or spending quality time with my family. My fiance and myself donate monthly to St. Jude Children’s Hospital toward the Cancer Research Fund.

Personally, I can’t stop talking about animals…ALL animals. My little dog is my furbaby and I’m always showing people photos of him! Some of my water activities include fishing, boating, canoeing, tubing, etc. Anytime I can get away on a weekend, you can find me at the beach or the mountains (the nice benefit of living in Fayetteville, NC is being close to both).

There is absolutely nothing I enjoy more than spending time with my daughter, Olivia, and my son, Anthony. I also have two precious identical twin grandsons, Mason & Jason. My guilty pleasures are playing softball and snacking on all the peanut M&Ms I can get my hands on.
On the weekends, I love to relax. There is nothing more relaxing for me than sitting on my boat with a fishing pole in my hand. Most times I catch a bigger fish than my husband, haha! I like to be a part of my local community events and am an active participant in the Red Cross.

I am an avid animal lover and can’t stop talking about my furry friends. My Golden Doodles are my favorite topic. My therapy is always music; sometimes coupled with writing, walking the beach, or creating art. My happy place is the beach. I love to fish, crab, and my favorite – finding shark’s teeth! I have turned my love of shark’s teeth into art and love sharing this with others. I have always been passionate about helping others.
